The Kingfisher Risk Solutions online incident management and reporting facility, allows you to report hazards, near misses, accidents and incidents, help you to carry out investigations, and track subsequent corrective actions through to completion.
The incident reporting tool allows you to record any safety incidents that occur within your workplace. This includes accidents of all sizes and severity along with "near miss" incidents, I.e. an event or situation that could have resulted in injury, damage or loss, but did not do so.
Kingfisher will be notified in real-time as soon as a report has been submitted, allowing us to identify any potentially unsafe conditions or practices and take steps to eliminate or control the hazards, and prevent further harm without delay.
The incident reporting tool will also provide guidance on your immediate next steps following an incident, including whether or not the incident must be reported to the HSE under the RIDDOR legislation requirements.
